Shop Local and Hand-made for the Holidays!

The Echo Park Artisan Collective is your one stop shop for holiday gifts! Don't go to Walmart on Black Friday, avoid the crowds and support local artists. You can find our wares at a fun little store called Studio Route 66 in Highland Park. They have a lot of great recycled, re-purposed, upcycled unique gifts.

See Orchid's website Here.
See Autumn's Etsy Store Here.

Here are some pictures from the Hollywood and Echo Park Farmer's Markets.

The Artisan Collective Bag

Last Sunday at the Hollywood Farmer's Market, the Artisan Collective sold 5 bags, for the first time! It was a memorable day for each of us. In fact I took a picture!

Our weekly tradition of selling at the Echo Park Farmer's Market has been a pleasure for the past year and we would like to thank everyone who has supported us, especially Oscar, Isaiah and Holly.

Pictures from the Echo Park Farmer's Market

Check out Orchid's new pumpkin onesies! The felt is made from recycled post consumer water bottles. Autumn's necklaces are made with upcycled bottle caps. Each one is unique! Kids love Megan's monster magnets and Freddie's sachets smell divine.

The Artisans had some young visitors this week. We are grooming them to take over in a few years. In the meantime we are gearing up for the holidays. Don't forget to visit us when you do your gift shopping. Your purchase helps support local artists and are made by hand with love!

You can find us on etsy or at the Echo Park (Fridays) and Hollywood (Sundays) Markets!

Echo Park Farmer's Market July 30th

We were lucky to have young Bucky with us today. His toothless grin charmed all those who visited our booth. I don't know how he is going to eat that watermelon!

July 25th Two Fun Events

Autumn and Orchid sold their hand made crafts at two events this Sunday. The Summer Art/Craft Sale at Araceli Silva's house and the L.A.B (Local Artisan Bazaar) at Fix Coffee. The music and the company were enjoyable at both events.

The Art/Craft sale at Araceli's house featured Dj's, spoken word, delicious food and fruity sangria.

The L.A.B at Fix Coffee had face painting, a chalk artist, a rasta band and lots of Caffeine!

It was fun to be a part of both fairs and to be among so many inspiring and creative vendors.
